03.01.2017 Increase In Court Reporter Fees
NOTICE OF INCREASE IN COURT REPORTER FEES FOR TRIALS EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2017
Effective March 1, 2017, court reporter fees for trials or evidentiary hearings will increase as follows:
One hour or less: $30.00
One-half day (between one and four hours): $350.00
One full day (more than four hours): $700.00
This fee increase applies to all civil matters (except for small claims proceedings), family law matters, and probate matters.
This fee increase applies to all trials or evidentiary hearings scheduled to take place on or after March 1, 2017, regardless of when the trials or evidentiary hearings were set.
